" Today is 30th October 2010 and I have just completed my City & Guilds Technical Certificate 6127 Level 3.
Back in February 2010, I embarked on this training programme with Paul Singh and Michael Awanayah very apprehensive, as I had struggled in 2009 to complete Level 2 of this discipline on a distance learniong course with a large learning institution, where I felt I had very little support!
We set out in February with a goal of completing this course by the end of September 2010. However, when we set this target we were unaware that I would also take on the challenge of doing the CG 2079 F GAS course.
As soon as I arrived at ChillAir ( UK ) Training Academy back in February I was warmly welcomed by Paul, Michael and the other students. I was very impressed with the interactive learning structure of the classes and availability to practice both theory and practical disciplines. The reward of the knowledge and skills I have picked up have made the weekly journey of 200 miles on a Saturday worthwhile.
During this process, I have picked up presentation skills as well. I have given presentations on the Pressure-Enthalpy Chart to the training group and employees at work, including one of the Directors, John Smith. John has been fully supportive of my progression and I would like to thank John for this.
I have now passed both units of the Technical Certificate and have received excellent marks in both!I feel this is a great testament to the one-on-one time I have had with Paul and Michael.I will now be concentrating on completing the CG 2079 F GAS qualification in the next few weeks.
In conclusion, I am absolutely thrilled with my progress this year. I have learnt so much thanks to Paul and Michael and I would certainly recommend ChillAir ( UK ) Training Academy to everyone.
A personal highlight for me was being nominated for the RAC National Student of the Year Award and finishing in the TOP TEN FINALS!
Many thanks to everyone."
Since then, I have now given presentations to our Technical Sales Engineers at work and Directors!
